Norwegian Rice Bowl
A simple and flavorful Norwegian-inspired rice bowl dish.

- β1 cup Norwegian rice
- β1/2 cup Vermicelli noodles
- β1 cup Frozen vegetablesthawed
- β3 oz Canned salmon
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Pepper

Instructions

Cook the Norwegian rice according to package instructions.

Cook the vermicelli noodles in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a separate pan, heat the soy sauce and lemon juice over medium heat.
