Tiramisu Cake
A classic Italian dessert, this Tiramisu Cake is made with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone cheese, and cocoa powder. Perfect for any coffee lover.
Ingredients
- β12-16 pieces Ladyfingers Italian ladyfingers are best for this recipe.
- β8 ounces Mascarpone cheese Make sure to use high-quality mascarpone cheese.
- β1 cup Cocoa powder Use Dutch-processed cocoa powder for the best flavor.
- β1 cup Strong brewed coffee Espresso or strong brewed coffee works best for this recipe.
- β1 cup Granulated sugar Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
- β3 large eggs Eggs Separate the eggs before using.

1. In a large bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and eggs. Mix until smooth.

3. Dip each ladyfinger into the strong brewed coffee for about 3-5 seconds on each side. They should be soft and pliable but not too wet.

4. In a large serving dish, create a layer of ladyfingers. You can trim them to fit the dish.
