Spicy Thai Relleno Stuffed Jalapenos
A Thai twist on a traditional stuffed pepper dish, using jalapenos and juicy rellenos for added flavor and spice.
Ingredients
- ●4 Jalapeno peppers
- ●2 Juicy Relleno
- ●1 Peruvian rocoto peppers
- ●1/4 cup, chopped Thai basil
- ●2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- ●1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- ●1 tablespoon Brown sugar

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut off the tops of the jalapeno peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

3. In a pan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.

4. Add the chopped Thai basil and sauté for 1 minute.

5. Add the fish sauce and brown sugar and stir to combine.

6. Add the chopped juicy relleno and stir to combine.

7. Stuff each jalapeno pepper with the relleno mixture.

8. Place the stuffed jalapenos in a baking dish and cover with foil.
