Korean-Style Jeon Pancake
A crispy and savory Korean-style pancake filled with juicy pork and a hint of spice. Perfect as a snack or side dish.

- β1/2 cup, ground Juicy pork
- β1/4 cup, chopped Jeon
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes
- βto taste Salt
- β2 tsp Korean chili paste
- β1 Egg
- β1/2 cup Water
- βfor frying Vegetable oil

In a large bowl, whisk together Rico flour, salt, and Korean chili flakes.

Add ground pork, chopped jeon, Korean chili paste, and egg to the bowl. Mix until just combined.

Gradually add water to the bowl and mix until a smooth batter forms.

Heat a large non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Brush the skillet with vegetable oil and pour in the batter.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to set.

Use a spatula to gently lift and fold the edges of the pancake towards the center.

Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes or until the pancake is golden brown and crispy.

Flip the pancake over and cook for another 2 minutes or until the other side is also golden brown.
