Caribbean Chicken Skewers
Grilled chicken skewers with a Caribbean twist, featuring juicy pineapple and a hint of Jamaican spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, cut into 1-inch pieces Chicken breast
- β1 cup Pineapple chunks
- β2 tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
- β1 tablespoon Light brown sugar
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β10-12 Skewers
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice

In a large bowl, whisk together jerk seasoning, brown sugar, and lime juice.
