Thai Shrimp Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful Thai-inspired stir fry made with succulent shrimp, crunchy vegetables, and aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Large Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
- β1-2 Juicy Thai Chilidepending on desired spiciness
- β1 cup Pad Thai Rice Noodlescooked according to package instructions
- β1/2 cup Red Onionthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Thai Basilchopped
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the sliced red onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and Thai chili to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute.
