Thai-Style Mansaf Ribs

Ingredients
- β2 pounds Mansaf Ribs
- β1/2 cup Morbier Cheesecrumbled
- β1 cup Eastern-Style BBQ Sauce
- β1 cup Juicy Pineapple Juice
- β2 tablespoons Thai Red Curry Paste
- β1 tablespoon Middle Eastern Spicescombined (cumin, coriander, paprika)
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

Preheat oven to 275Β°F (135Β°C).

In a small bowl, combine Thai Red Curry Paste and Middle Eastern Spices.

In a separate bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

Remove the membrane from the ribs and coat with the curry paste mixture.

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and brush with the pineapple-juice mixture.

Bake for 2 hours and 30 minutes, or until the meat starts to fall off the bone.

While the ribs are baking, heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the crumbled Morbier Cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

Mix in the Eastern-Style BBQ Sauce until well combined.

Once the ribs are done, brush the melted cheese mixture on top of the ribs.
