Spicy Molten Italian Carrot Pasta
A vibrant and spicy pasta dish featuring carrots and a molten cheese sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 medium carrotspeeled and grated
- β1 can juicy tomatoesdiced
- β1 tsp italian seasoning
- β2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the orecchiette pasta according to package instructions.

While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced tomatoes and grated carrots to the skillet, cooking until the carrots are tender.

Add the italian seasoning to the skillet and stir to combine.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the tomato-carrot mixture.
