- β4 pieces (tilapia or sea bass) FishFresh fish, or thawed frozen
- β1/4 cup Juicy Moroccan Olivespitted
- β2 tsp Moroccan Spicesmix of cumin, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β2 cups Tomatoeschopped
- β1 can Chickpeasdrained and rinsed
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 tbsp Olive Oilfor cooking
- βto taste Salt

Instructions

Heat the oil in a large clay pot over medium heat.

Add the garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.

Add the fish, cook for 2 minutes on each side.

Add the tomatoes, spices, olives, chickpeas, and lemon juice.
