Mexican Skillet with Buratta

- β2 large Peruvian potatoesDiced
- β1 ball Burrata cheese
- β SkilletFor cooking
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Chili powder
- β1/2 tsp Salt
- β1/4 tsp Pepper
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantroChopped

Heat the olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat.
