Kenyan Semolina Ugali
A traditional African dish made with semolina flour, perfect for a post-workout meal. This recipe serves as a great source of carbohydrates to replenish energy stores.

- β1 cup wateradjust to achieve the right consistency

In a large saucepan, combine the semolina flour and salt.

Gradually add in the water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

The ugali should be smooth and free of lumps. If it's too thick, add a little more water. If it's too thin, add a little more semolina flour.
