Mediterranean Chicken Tagine
A rich and flavorful tagine dish inspired by the Mediterranean, featuring juicy chicken and a blend of aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breastscut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 large onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp gingergrated
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp coriander
- β1/2 tsp paprika
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β2 tbsp honey

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute.
