Tunisian Chicken Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic North African-inspired dish featuring roasted chicken, juicy spices, and a nutty pilaf.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
- β1 cup pilaf
- β2 teaspoons juicy roasted spicesor to taste
- β1-2 tunisian chili peppersoptional
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β1/4 cup fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, heat the pilaf according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pilaf, roasted spices, and chopped parsley.
