Saudi Arabian Pepper Roast
Deliciously marinated Arabian roast with a kick of pepper, inspired by traditional Saudi flavors.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound Saudi Arabian roastLook for a high-quality, grass-fed roast
- ●2 tablespoons, finely ground PepperUse a mix of black and white pepper for added flavor
- ●1/4 cup Juicy juiceYour preferred brand or freshly squeezed
- ●2 teaspoons Arabian spice blendAvailable at most Middle Eastern markets or online
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oilFor brushing the roast during cooking

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the juicy juice, Arabian spice blend, and 1 teaspoon of the ground pepper.

Rub the marinade all over the Saudi Arabian roast, making sure to coat it evenly.

Place the roast in a large Dutch oven or oven-safe pot, and brush with olive oil.

Cover the pot with a lid and roast in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.

Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon of ground pepper over the sliced roast, and serve.
