Ingredients

- ●2 medium juicy tomatoesany color
- ●2 tbsp saudia oilor vegetable oil
- ●1 tsp fry spicesmix of cumin, coriander, and turmeric
- ●1 tsp ginger pasteoptional
- ●1 tsp garlic pasteoptional
- ●to taste saltoptional
- ●2-3 green chiliesoptional
- ●chopped fresh cilantrofor garnish

Instructions

Heat saudia oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the ginger and garlic pastes and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the cumin, coriander, and turmeric powders and sauté for another minute.

Add the diced tomatoes and sauté until they start to soften.

Add the paneer and stir well to combine.
