Jamaican Falafel Wrap
A flavorful, crunchy wrap filled with Jamaican-style falafel, juicy vegetables, and savory tahini sauce.
Ingredients
- β6-8 pieces Falafel
- β1 Whole wheat wrap
- β1 head Lettuce
- β2 Tomato
- β1 Cucumber
- β1/2 Red onion
- β4 tbsp Tahini sauce
- β1 tsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- βchopped, for garnish Fresh cilantro
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.

Cook the falafel according to package instructions or until crispy and golden.

Warm the whole wheat wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Spread 2 tbsp of tahini sauce on the center of the wrap.

Add 2-3 cooked falafel pieces on top of the sauce.

Add sliced lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion on top of the falafel.

Sprinkle Jamaican jerk seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.

Drizzle with the remaining 2 tbsp of tahini sauce.

Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.
