- β2 tablespoons Dutch mustard
- β1 cup Red wine
- β2 cups Beef broth
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 medium Carrots
- β2 large Potatoes
- β1 teaspoon dried Thyme
