Kenyan Chicken Skillet
A flavorful and spicy Kenyan-inspired dish made with chicken and vegetables, cooked in a skillet to perfection.
Ingredients

- β2 cups 2 cups silky spinach
- β1 1 tablespoon kenyan spice blend
- β1 1 large skillet
- β2 2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Heat the olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
