Pan-Seared Slovakian Bass with Seafood Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic dish featuring Slovakian bass, cooked to perfection with a seafood tagine served alongside.

- β2 tablespoons Olive oilFor cooking
- β1/2 cup White wineDry and crisp
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juiceFreshly squeezed

- β1/4 cup CilantroChopped

2. Season the Slovakian bass fillets with salt, pepper, and a pinch of seafood tagine spice mix.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Sear the bass fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

6. While the bass is cooking, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a separate skillet over medium heat.

7. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.

9. Stir in the lemon juice and seafood tagine spice mix. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
