French Baked Fish with Smoky Flavor
A simple and flavorful fish dish baked in a papillote with smoky spices and herbs.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp olive oilextra virgin
- β2 juicy tomatoeshalved
- β1 tsp smoky paprikasmoked
- β1 tsp saltto taste
- β1 tsp pepperto taste
- β1 papillotelarge sheet of parchment paper

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, smoked paprika, and chopped parsley.

Place the fish fillet on the center of the parchment paper.

Drizzle olive oil over the fish, then sprinkle the garlic-paprika mixture.

Place the halved tomatoes around the fish.

Fold the parchment paper over the fish, creating a papillote.
