Smoky Pav Vada

- β4 buns Pavsplit open
- β2 inches Galangalgrate
- β2 medium Juicy tomatoeschop
- β2 tbsp Smoky green chutney
- β1 cup Vegetable oil

Instructions

Heat 2 cups of oil in a wok to 325Β°F (165Β°C).

Deep fry the vadas until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
