Moroccan Mechoui Beans
A hearty and flavorful dish inspired by Moroccan cuisine, featuring slow-cooked beans and a hint of smoky spice.
Ingredients

- β14.5 ounces canned diced tomatoes
- β2 tablespoons smoky spice blend
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 teaspoon mechoui spice
- β2 juicy clementines
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β4 cups water

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
