Spanish Garlic Chicken

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix minced garlic with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the garlic mixture evenly onto both sides of the chicken breasts.

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
