Spicy Ethiopian Chicken Wot

- β1 large Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 inches Ginger
- β1 tsp Spicy red pepper flakes
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Coriander
- β1 tsp Paprika
- β2 tbsp Wot sauce
- β2 cups Juicy tomatoes

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the cumin, coriander, paprika, and spicy red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
