Vietnamese Grilled Pork Buns

- β1/4 cup grilling sauceVietnamese-style or similar
- β2 tablespoons hoisin sauceoptional
- β1 cup pickled carrotsstore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup pickled daikonstore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantrochopped
- β1-2 teaspoons srirachaoptional
- β1/4 teaspoon saltto taste
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepperto taste
- β2 tablespoons veggie oilfor brushing grill

In a small bowl, mix together grilling sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the mixture onto the sliced pork, making sure to coat evenly.

Grill the pork for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145Β°F.

While the pork is cooking, toast the buns on the grill or in a toaster.
