Sweet Zanzibari Dum Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- β1 cup Sweet dumany type of dum
- β2 tablespoons Zanzibari stir-fry saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable oilfor pan-frying
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Sesame seedsoptional

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the grated ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add the chopped green onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the Zanzibari stir-fry sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute.
