Tunisian Sausage Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic one-pot meal from Tunisia, perfect for a cozy evening.
Ingredients
- β4 links Tunisian sausages
- β2 cups, diced Juicy tomatoes
- β1 large, chopped Onions
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Coriander
- β1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley

Heat oil in a large tagine or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes and stir to combine.
