Crispy Chicken Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with juicy chicken, crispy vegetables, and a hint of Turkish spice.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β1 teaspoon Turkish red pepper flakes
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β2 Bell peppers (any color)
- β1 Onions
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1 cup Cooking rice

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.

5. Add the bell peppers, onions, and garlic to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

6. Add the Turkish red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
