Venezuelan Juicy Chicken Bake
A flavorful and moist chicken dish inspired by Venezuelan cuisine. This recipe combines the juiciness of chicken with the savory taste of olives.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup Olivespitted
- ●2 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1 tsp Fresh oreganodried
- ●to taste Salt

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the chicken breast and pat dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Rub the garlic-herb mixture all over the chicken breast.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side.
