Indian Cheese Paratha
A classic Indian flatbread filled with melted cheese, perfect for breakfast or snack. This recipe uses homemade paratha dough and a blend of cheese for an authentic taste.

- β8 oz Mozzarella Cheeseshredded
- β8 oz Cheddar Cheeseshredded
- β2 tbsp Ghee or Buttermelted
- βto taste Salt

1. Start by making the paratha dough by combining 1 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of ghee or melted butter, and salt to taste. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth.

2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll out each portion into a thin circle.

3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each paratha for 1-2 minutes on each side, until puffed and lightly browned.

4. Meanwhile, mix the mozzarella and cheddar cheese in a bowl.

5. Place a cooked paratha on a flat surface and spread a quarter of the cheese mixture on one half of the paratha.

6. Fold the other half over the cheese to form a half-moon shape and press the edges to seal.

7. Cook the paratha for another minute on each side, until the cheese is melted and the paratha is crispy.
