Spanish Paella
A classic Spanish dish made with saffron-infused rice, vegetables, and seafood, inspired by the flavors of the Valencia region.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Jumbo Shrimp
- β1 cup Spanish Rice
- β1 Jalapenodiced
- β1 pound Spanish Sausage
- β1/2 cup Cheese (Manchego)shredded
Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the diced jalapeno and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.

Add the Spanish sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the jumbo shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Add the Spanish rice and stir to combine with the sausage and shrimp.

Add 2 cups of water and bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat to low and cook, covered, for 20 minutes.

Stir in the shredded Manchego cheese and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
