Polish Bean Stew
A hearty stew made with juicy haricot beans, polish sausage, and a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, sliced Polish Sausage
- β1 cup, dried Haricot Beans
- β2, chopped Jumbo Onions
- β2 cups, beef broth Stew
- β1 tablespoon Bean Stew Seasoning
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Brown the sliced polish sausage in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Remove the cooked sausage from the pot and set aside.

Add the chopped jumbo onions to the pot and cook until softened.

Add the dried haricot beans, beef broth, and bean stew seasoning to the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.

Add the cooked polish sausage back to the pot and season with salt and black pepper.

Continue to simmer for an additional 30 minutes, or until the haricot beans are tender.
