Juniper and Earthbake Crusted Pork Chops
Tender pork chops crusted in a mixture of earthy earthbake and fragrant juniper, perfect for a hearty dinner.

- ●1 cup, crushed Earthbake
- ●2 tablespoons, crushed Juniper Berries
- ●2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- ●to taste Salt

- ●1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

In a shallow dish, mix together crushed earthbake and juniper berries.

Dip each pork chop into the earthbake mixture, coating both sides evenly.
