Uruguayan Frittata
A traditional Uruguayan-inspired omelette with gouda cheese, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, shredded Gouda cheese
- β6 Silky eggsRoom temperature eggs
- β1/2 cup, grated Just cheeseOptional
- β1/2 cup, crumbled Uruguayan cheeseOptional
- β Salt and pepperTo taste

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and a pinch of salt.

Add shredded gouda cheese and mix well.

Heat a 9-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Pour in egg mixture and cook until edges start to set, about 2-3 minutes.

Sprinkle crumbled Uruguayan cheese on top (if using).

Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are almost set.
