Smoked Grilled Steak with Chwinamul Sauce

- β1/2 cup chicken broth
- β2 tbsp keenly
- β1 tsp syrianground cumin
- β1 tsp grill seasoning
- β1 tsp salt
- β1/4 tsp black pepper
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp smoked paprika

Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and grill seasoning. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes to allow the seasonings to penetrate the meat.
