Keto Bhuna Potatoes
A low-carb version of the popular Indian-inspired potato dish, made with keto-friendly spices and ingredients.
Ingredients
- β4 large Potatoes
- β2 tbsp Bhuna paste
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black pepper
- β1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- β1/4 tsp Chili flakes
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes.

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and chili flakes. Toss to coat.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and lightly browned.

While the potatoes are baking, heat the bhuna paste in a large skillet over medium heat.

Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and add them to the skillet with the bhuna paste.

Toss the potatoes to coat them evenly with the bhuna paste.
