- β2 Keto-friendly eggUse a keto-friendly egg substitute if necessary
- β100g Sour creamAdd a tangy flavor to the filling
- β10g Chopped fresh dillAdd a burst of fresh flavor to the filling

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Make the low-carb dumpling dough according to the package instructions.

Mix the Russian cheese blend, keto-friendly egg, sour cream, chopped fresh dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll out each piece into a thin circle.

Place a tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle.

Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape. Press the edges together to seal the dumpling.
