Baked Fatty French Chicken
A keto-friendly French dish with a crispy exterior and juicy interior, made with a mixture of fatty and kicked ingredients.
Ingredients
- β2 lbs chicken breastboneless, skinless
- β2 tbsp kicked gheeclarified butter
- β1 tsp kenyan sea saltcoarse grind
- β4 slices fatty baconthick-cut
- β1 tsp food-grade thymedried, crushed
- β1/4 cup keto-friendly cheesegrated, low-carb
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the chicken with kenyan sea salt and crushed thyme.

Heat the kicked ghee in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, cook the fatty bacon in a separate skillet until crispy.

Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.

Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and top each breast with a slice of keto-friendly cheese.
