Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons Ethiopian spices (mitmita or berbere)Available at most African or Middle Eastern grocery stores

- ●1 teaspoon PeppercornsWhole
- ●2 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●1/2 cup Corned beefChopped

Instructions

Heat the kicked butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the mitmita or berbere spices, peppercorns, and garlic. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the corned beef and chopped beef. Cook for 2 minutes.
