Shrimp and Shrimp Stew
A flavorful and hearty stew made with succulent shrimp and savory aromatics. This dish is perfect for a chilly evening or a special occasion.
Ingredients
- β1 pound shrimppeeled and deveined
- β2 cups kicked portuguese stewstore-bought or homemade
- β2 cups umami brothhomemade or store-bought
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons tomato pasteoptional
- β1 cup white wineoptional
- β1/4 cup parsleychopped

Heat the umami broth over medium heat in a large pot.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
