Classic American Red Pepper Sandwich
A simple yet flavorful sandwich made with roasted red peppers, kicked up with American cheese and spices.

- β4 slices American Cheese
- β4 slices American Bread
- β2 tbsp Kicked Up Pepper Sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Place the red peppers on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes, or until the skin is blistered and charred.

3. Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool. Peel off the skin, then slice into strips.

4. Butter one side of each bread slice.

5. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.

6. Top with a slice of cheese, a few strips of red pepper, and another slice of bread.

7. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
