Argentinian Pancake with Caramelized Ananas
A sweet twist on traditional pancakes, featuring caramelized ananas and a hint of argentinian flair.

- β1 tsp kickedvanilla extract
- β1 cup warmall-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup roastedunsalted butter, melted

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together warm and roasted.

Add pancake to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the skillet or griddle.

Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry.

Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.

While the pancakes are cooking, caramelize the ananas in a separate pan with a little bit of butter.
