Pan-Fried Dumplings
A classic Chinese dish featuring pan-fried dumplings filled with a mix of pork and vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 package Dumhomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup Kickychopped scallions or green onions
- β2 cloves Freshminced garlic
- β2 tablespoons Chinesesoy sauce
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilfor pan-frying
Instructions

1. In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

2. Add the dumplings to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.

3. Remove the dumplings from the pan and set them aside.

4. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

5. Add the chopped scallions and minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute.

6. Return the dumplings to the pan and add the soy sauce. Stir-fry for another minute.

7. Serve the dumplings hot, garnished with additional scallions if desired.
