Sinigang-Style Kid-Friendly Nduja Stew
A flavorful and spicy Filipino-inspired stew featuring the bold flavors of sinigang and the richness of nduja.
Ingredients

- ●2 kid-friendly tomatoeshalved
- ●1 medium onionchopped
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●2 tablespoons sinigang mix
- ●4 cups water
- ●2 tablespoons fish sauce (optional)adjust to taste
- ●1 cup bamboo shootscanned or fresh, sliced

Heat 2 tablespoons of water in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the nduja and stir until fragrant.

Add the halved tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the sinigang mix and stir to combine.
