Homemade Kimbap Rolls
A classic Korean dish, kimbap is a simple, easy-to-make snack or meal made with rice and various fillings wrapped in a paper-thin sheet of seaweed.
Ingredients
- β2 cups cooked Rice
- β8-10 sheets Dried Seaweed Sheets (Nori)Available at most Asian grocery stores
- β1 cup Vegetable Filling (e.g. cucumber, carrot, spinach)Choose your favorite fillings
Instructions

Prepare the rice by cooking it according to package instructions.

Cut the seaweed sheets into 8-10 equal pieces.

Prepare your vegetable filling of choice.

Lay a piece of seaweed flat on a cutting board.

Spread a thin layer of rice onto the seaweed, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.

Add your chosen vegetable filling in the middle of the rice.

Roll the kimbap tightly but gently, applying even pressure.
