Kimchi Bok Choi Deopbap
A traditional Korean rice bowl dish made with kimchi, bok choy, and gochujang. Quick and easy to make, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup Kimchispicy fermented Korean cabbage
- ●2 cups Bok ChoyChinese green
- ●1 cup Deopbap Riceshort-grain Korean rice
- ●2 tbsp GochujangKorean chili paste
- ●1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oilfor garnish
- ●1/4 cup Green Onionschopped, for garnish
- ●1 tsp Sesame Seedsfor garnish
Instructions

Cook the Deopbap Rice according to the package instructions.

In a large pan, heat 1 tsp of sesame oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped green onions and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the kimchi and gochujang to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the bok choy to the pan and stir-fry until wilted.

Combine the cooked rice with the kimchi mixture and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Transfer the rice bowl to individual plates and garnish with toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions.
