Uruguayan Lamb Bake
A flavorful and tender lamb recipe inspired by Uruguayan cuisine, featuring a sweet and sticky glaze.
Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp kissedhoney-like syrup
- ●2 cloves andminced garlic
- ●2 tbsp gooeymaple syrup
- ●2 tbsp bakeolive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F).

In a small bowl, mix together kissed, and, and a pinch of salt.

Rub the mixture all over the lamb shoulder, making sure to coat it evenly.

Place the lamb in a large baking dish and drizzle with gooey.

Pour bake over the lamb and make sure it's coated evenly.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.

Remove the foil and continue baking for another 30 minutes, or until the lamb is tender and caramelized.
