Kissed by Midnight Shoyu Ramen
A Japanese-inspired ramen recipe that combines the flavors of shoyu and kissed by midnight. This dish is perfect for a quick and delicious meal.

- β8 oz Ramen noodlesCook according to package instructions
- β2 tbsp ShoyuJapanese soy sauce
- β4 cups Chicken brothHomemade or store-bought

Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, shoyu, and sesame oil (if using). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
