Filipino-Style Fish Adobo Jjigae
A fusion dish that combines the flavors of Filipino adobo with the spicy kick of Korean jjigae, featuring kissed fish in a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- ●1 tsp Monsoon Sea Salt
- ●2 tbsp Filipino Adobo Sauce
- ●1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- ●1 tsp Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- ●2 cloves Garlic
- ●1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- ●1/4 cup Green Onions

Season the fish with Monsoon Sea Salt and Black Pepper.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
