Mediterranean Fregola Risotto
A flavorful and hearty Mediterranean-inspired risotto dish made with fregola and kissed by the essence of monsoon herbs.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons kissed olive oil
- ●1 medium, diced onion
- ●3 cloves, minced garlic
- ●1 cup fregola
- ●2 cups, diced mediterranean tomatoes
- ●4 cups vegetable broth
- ●1 cup risotto
Instructions

Heat the kissed olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
